Memory Tag- You're All It

MEMORY GAME

1. As a comment on this post, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you know me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Treats. That's my memory of you. It seems like you always brought over the yummiest treats for scouts and always had yummy treats at home for your family. Homemade stuff. I am so not into baking, so I admired yours!!

My most vivid memories of you are the fact that I think I have put my foot in my mouth with you more than any person I've ever met (that's A LOT). So nice of you to forgive me over and over again. The first time I met you, I knocked on your door and asked if you were Sister Davis. I was in Scouts, so I had Nathan on my list, and I just assumed that you were Sister Davis. You all know what happens when we "assume."

I know there have been a lot of other times, but I don't remember the specifics. I just remember feeling like such an idiot and worrying about the dumb things I said. So...Sorry!

When my kids are grown and gone, our memories will definitely include Claire and Logan. Claire was so smitten with Paige, and she wanted to be by her all the time - even when I was nursing. I tried to be discrete, but what do you do?!? And Logan has walked into the bathroom to see me in a towel or my garments more than a couple of times. So, when it comes time to have "the talk," Logan and Claire might have memories of me. Poor kids! I hope you and Spence can flip the bill for all their counseling.

I also remember when you moved in thinking how absolutely gorgeous you were. Your beautiful smile and your thick, gorgeous hair. You are tall and thin. So beautiful! I still think that, so it's not really a memory. :)

It has been so fun getting to know you and your family better. We love you guys!

Hey Jackie,
Tyler said I couldn't post my favorite memory of you on your blog. But it still makes me laugh all the time. It was when you, Spence, Vicky,Dale, and Tyler and I were all out to dinner at Red Lobster. Up until that time I thought you were a hard person to get to know because you never talked much. But then Spencer was talking about wishing he had a 12 inch version of a record and then you made a hilarious comment and soda about came out of my nose.I thought "Man! Jackie doesn't talk much but when she does she is FUNNY!"
I love your blog!

I remember when you first moved in and I took over a loaf of banana bread. You give a wonderful first impression and it was all so true. I thought you were so pretty and nice and easy to talk to. I'm so glad you moved in the neighborhood. You are awesome neighbors. We love you guys tons!!!

I also remember when you brought me home made blueberry muffins for my birthday one year. Soooo yummy!!! You are an very good cook. OK, so most of my momories are food related. That's not a problem, is it????
