Here's the question of the day:
Would any of you be upset at the fact that your husband ordered carpet for the upstairs of your house before you even saw the sample of it??? Or would you just be happy that you were getting carpet.
Just wanted to know what you all think- because I am very upset and have a KNOT in my stomach. I am the woman of the house- I should be the one to decide these things shouldn't I?

I would definitely be upset...unless of course he was able to read my mind & know the exact carpet I would have chosen...but that's just me. We have been thinking about getting carpet ever since we moved here & I have been pretty picky about it, so I can empathize with the knot in your stomach :)
Didn't Spence read your previous post? Doesn't he know what happens when you get "very upset"?!? Honestly...Will they ever learn!
I am almost to the point...almost...that I would take new carpet at any chance that came along. Even if that meant that Greg picked it out. But, my dear, sweet husband is stuck in the 80s. We have had extensive "discussions" about dining room sets with wheeled chairs and bedroom headboards with blown glass and extensive shelving. We definitely have different tastes. So, I guess it would depend on what kind of taste your husband has.

LOL, oh my Spence....how could you? :) If I liked the carpet, I would quickly forgive, if I didn't like it, he would suffer greatly. :)
Yes, Jackie, sorry to say, I would be pretty upset. Have you seen it though? Do you like it? I'd be mad for sure if I didn't like it. One thing, don't let your red head temper get the best of you. :)
Sad to say, Curtis could defintely choose better than I could. Have you seen my house, hello, he's the decorator, "I'm the where should this go honey?"
